Bergamot Curd with Saffron 140g

Using the exotic Italian citrus, bergamot, grown locally, and saffron, we have created the most decadent, but savoury curd.
It is lush and long lasting, amazing on toast and pancakes, or use it to make a statement in a meringue roulade.

Ingredients: juice (lemon and bergamot), sugar, eggs, butter, saffron
